Come for an evening of sacred ritual and prayer, as we activate our vibration through sound frequency, in a safe and held container carried by the accompaniment of medicine songs, tribal beats, and sounds made with devotion to mother earth.

Bring your rattle, bring your drum, bring whatever calls to you to bring. And come ready to receive some beautiful song medicine, release stuck energy, and send your prayers simultaneously down into the earth and up into the ethers.

Prepare to enter a trance-like state, following the wave of music as we allow ourselves to vocalize and create whatever tones and sounds feel good to express with love for ourselves, layering our sounds and voices with a musical wave of chosen songs.

*Sacred smoke in the form of incense and herbs will be burned in the space.

*Music and drumming will be played/sung at high volume.

*All levels welcome. Pre-recorded music is intentionally used in tandem with our voices to help support a loving and inviting container for all.
