Too Funny!!!

October 31, 2009

Wow! I’ve never seen anything like this! This girl is amazing!!!

Cassandra and Aaron are such a sweet couple! We spent over an hour going all over town with them taking pictures in different locations around the area and their could not stop giggling and talking to one another the entire time! It’s great to see how happy they are and how much fun they have together. Aaron, a Youth Pastor is has dedicated his life the the church and Cassandra is now taking the roll as his support system. I think they plan on having babies very soon and will make excellent, fun, loving parents! The ceremony was indoors, but not until almost dark, so we did most of the portraits of the family and the bridal party before hand.
Cassandra is one of the most gorgeous brides I have ever photographed. She is young but has such a mature beauty, and beyond her physical, she has the sweetest spirit. Such a shining light!

I loved photographing Erin and Josh’s Wedding! They are young and hip and wanted images that reflected their personality, yet also some gorgeous classic shots of them in the vineyards. The ceremony was a dusk and the reception followed into the night.

Naleah and Kyla exploring the wet world and discovering mud puddles.

I know how hard it is to make these seating charts work! Here is a comical solution!

Moon Catcher

I had such a fun time capturing these images for this couple! They wanted some ‘different’ looks, and not such cutesy traditional shots, so we got creative and had fun walking around town to different spots! They really are such a perfect match for one another! Their wedding was at Fireseed Catering, a gorgeous venue outside of Seattle on Whidbey Island.

Pumpkin Patch 10-11-09

October 14, 2009

We had a great time at the pumpkin patch picking out our pumpkins. The girls were tired though, so I only got to snap a few quick shots, as I was busy being a mom most of the time we were their since they were a little cranky. Their boots kept getting caught in the weeds or on the pumpkin vines and they would fall down. It was frustrating for them because they wanted to run around like the big kids, but their little legs wouldn’t let them! They spent their happiest moments in the wheel barrel. It was still fun though and their favorite part was visiting all of the farm animals that they have there after we got our pumpkins.

Karen and Shirin are a beautiful couple and they celebrated their love and commitment to one another at the Cabrillo Arts Center Beach in Santa Barbara. This was my first time officially photographing a Lesbian Wedding and I absolutely loved it! Two girls are so much fun to photograph!
